Order Processing & Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Production times for custom and promotional items vary depending on the product, but typically range from 5–15 business days.
- Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Before production, we send a virtual sample to you for approval.
- If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at sales@activeworldnyc.com to request a resolution.
- Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
